We added a 65mm insulated plaster board to all walls of the room, skimmed and plastered over them to leave a fresh clean surface for the painters.

Radiator removed and re-fitted. We then fitted insulated plaster board and skimmed. Finally fitted with 24 hour draft proof air vent to help with air circulation. All work completed within 2 days.
Bathroom extractor fan cored and fitted in a tilled bathroom. All cored from the outside of the house.this bathroom was previously tilled without an extractor fan. No tiles were damaged in the process.

This is a 1970’s bungalow in Waterford, householders were finding this house difficult to heat. This was due to loose fibreglass insulation in cavity walls. Sisolutions extracted and disposed of this insulation, this work was carried out in one day. Refill of cavity walls with bonded bead insulation was carried out by Keating’s Insulation. Householder’s saw an immediate difference in heat and in heat retention.
