Company Summary
I have 20 years experience as a professional tradesman – plasterer. For the past two years I have been working on external insulation, and have recently completed Domestic and Thermal Insulation Course and an Air Tightness Installation course both certified by FAS.
I have contact with 3 of the major established insulation contractors in the Munster region, and can ascertain the service I can provide is essential for them to continue growing their insulation business, they are very happy to trade services. In addition Auctioneers, Valuers and Letting Agents all require BER Certification as per legislation making this an obvious benefit to them and their clients.
Cavity wall insulation removal involves removing existing and / or broken down insulation, which at present is of no value to heat retention in identified dwellings; in fact it is a HEALTH ISSUE.
When this inferior insulation has been removed, only then can new and improved insulation be inserted. Given the importance of carbon footprint issues and the need for eco friendly solutions regarding ever increasing heating costs this service deserves serious consideration.
